This is a training simulation for Thriving Forward Project (TFP) volunteers preparing to facilitate the "You Better Work!" Thriving Academy career workshop series.
TFP creates and runs these workshops. The Transitional Housing Facility provides the space and the residents who participate. You are a TFP volunteer, not a staff member of the facility.
You'll practice facilitating Session 1 with a simulated resident and receive a scored assessment when you're done.
